I just wanted to let you know that I was at the Farmer’s Market in the Lloyd area Tues 2/9/10. I was attending a BOLI seminar and crossed paths with the market. I picked up a loaf of Joshua Toasting Bread and brought it to a dinner party that night. It was incredible. My friend makes excellent food, but I filled up on your bread instead. I am very impressed and thankful that I found your stand when I did. It definitely beats the bread Thriftway sells as “artisan” and that big Portland chain (the name escapes me for a reason), and Bob’s Bread. The party loved it, too. I will be sure to look for you in the future when more farmer’s markets open in my area.
